How do I become friends with my mom’s cat?
My mom’s cat is a weird cat. The cat, Sophie, freaks out everytime I go near her. Sophie would either run away or hisses at me. When go up to pet her she would bite me our hit me like shes scratching me. Sophie doesn’t have any claws though. Even though I give her food she still does it. What can I do to be friends with Sophie?
How do I get my dogs to make friends with a cat?
We just moved into a new place where the people before us were feeding a stray cat. Now I’m not really a cat person, but I won’t stand by and let this cat starve to death. Any time the cat comes to the back yard the dogs chase him away. My boyfriend and I are concerned that we’ll have a bad winter and possibly have to let the cat into the house at times. We haven’t decided yet if we should adopt him, but at this point that’s not an option because of their behavior. If anyone has any helpful hints I’d love to hear them. Thanks everyone!!!!
How can I change my cat’s behavior problem?
I have an 8 year old male cat, who has a predictable and disgusting habit of taking a crap in front of my foyer door. He will do this if there is a clean litter box or not, usually early in the morning. I would hate to have to give him away just for this problem because for the most part, he is a loyal, affectionate cat. I just despise cleaning up that mess! Any advice ?
What kind of dog or cat should I get to be friends with my dog?
My dog is very lonely, especially after his tabby cat friend died. Me and my family have decided that we want to get another pet for him to be friends with, but we don’t know what kind to get. It has to be a small dog, around the size of a beagle. If it helps, he is a miniature schnauzer.

Has anyone heard of a female cat displaying hostile behavior at the start of labor?
My little female is pregnant and looks about ready to deliver. Last night she was purring and being overly affectionate (almost like heat behavior). Early this morning, she was extremely hostile towards me, hissing, trying to claw me very aggressively, and growling very low in her throat. She is still acting this way, flipping back and forth between behaviors. I also noted some small watery red stains on the chair she was sitting on. Is she in labor or just cracking up? I’m confused. HELP!
How do you control a cat’s behavior?
I acquired a roommate and she has a cat. I knew this to be the case before she moved in, but the cat has never been disciplined by its owner.
It’s over a year old and so far it scratches my furniture, has broken my DVD player and knocks my movies and books from my shelves everyday. I really enjoy my roommate, but the cat has got to change its behavior or it has to go.
Any advice how best to keep this critter under control?
