My cat is about 17 months old and he is not neutered. I only recently got him and he is spraying and stinking up everything in my house. My question is this, If i get him neutered will he stop spraying , or has he been spraying too long and neutering will not be curative ? Please Help. Thanks for your answers.

I am a new cat owner (3-4 months), and I am going to be gone for 7 days. The last time I did this, I brought my cat to live with my parents. She was freaked out in a new environment (and took 2-3 days to come out from under the couch), and then freaked out shifting BACK to my apartment when I came back.

My question is really this– Is it better to leave her at home alone, with my parents visiting daily, or is it better to have her in an environment where she will have constant human companionship? She is a single cat, and would be home all alone… would i do less damage leaving her alone more, or moving her?

i know cats are less work, but most of them don’t give back much love either, but dogs are more work . in the long run, for a family pet, which is better to keep for companionship, cleanliness and healtth, a dog or a cat?

I have a 4 year old female black and white Manx. I have researched her breed but always wanted to know how common a Manx was, I really don’t see them very often at all.
I always thought Manx cats were from the Isle of Man, in the Irish Sea between Ireland and England? I’m confused with the Japanese breed what’s the difference?
